  This is the system planning stage, By the end of this stage we should have completed all of the development notes, Assigned roles and be ready to start working on the system.

• Milestone: Project Creation

  3 months late (05/31/08)

  This is the stage where we all put our c0de monkey hat on and code until we drop, caffeine is mandatory and by the end of this milestone we should be ready for Alpha Testing.

• Milestone: Alpha Stage

  2 months late (06/30/08)

  Alpha Testing Phase, This is where we recruit a few CyberArmy members to test the system, Bugs are expected at this stage and all developers will be expected to respond in a timely manner to resolve them, The trac ticket system will be heavily used during this phase.

• Milestone: Beta / Production Stage

  1 month late (07/14/08)

  By this time we should have a solid and secure website system and we should be looking at putting it in a controlled production enviroment before general release.
